Associate Director – Talent Strategy Consulting

Overview

Associate Director to lead delivery of complex Talent Strategy consulting projects across workforce, organization and talent management solution areas within the Talent & Transformation team.

What you'll do

• Lead delivery of complex projects across Talent solution areas.
• Lead Workforce and Organization Transformation work, including Organization Design and Structuring, Workforce Planning, Job Evaluation, New Shape of Work, Work Redesign, Flexible Working, and Re/Upskilling.
• Lead Talent Management work, including Competency Frameworks, Career Architecture, Assessment and Development, Leadership Coaching, and Performance Management Systems.
• Lead practice development and thought leadership by articulating project learnings and trends into white papers and points of view.
• Customize global tools and offerings for the India market and present Mercer's offerings and points of view at client seminars and industry events.
• Lead business development for the allocated area by understanding client requirements, leading proposals, and developing solutions to drive profitable sales.
• Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders and establish yourself as a trusted advisor to clients.

What you'll need

• Full-time MBA.
• 10+ years of relevant HR experience with a reputed organization, with prior or current consulting experience.
• Strong understanding of various areas of HR.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a dynamic, motivated, flexible, and result-oriented approach and the ability to perform under pressure.

Nice to have

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with confidence interfacing with business users.

• Location: Gurugram.
• Hybrid role: work at least three days a week in the office.
