Associate Distribution Data Management Analyst

Overview

Associate Distribution Data Management Analyst for the Distribution Intelligence team, responsible for distribution data-management workstreams including BAU operations, data quality execution, metadata maintenance, and project validation.

What you'll do

• Handle day-to-day distribution data operations requests from business partners, including client data updates.
• Support CRM/MSD ticket workflows and govern data corrections.
• Validate AUM/flow and support trade resolution or reallocation.
• Document, maintain, and execute data clean-up, metadata maintenance, and SOP update processes.
• Run recurring data audits, reconciliations, quality checks, and support UAT.
• Investigate data issues, execute controls, and provide business-facing explanations.
• Identify recurring manual work or defect patterns and propose process improvements.

What you'll need

• 3-5 years of experience in data management or operations.
• Basic to intermediate SQL proficiency.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel capabilities.
• Ability to analyze large datasets and identify exceptions.
• Experience supporting data quality, data cleanup, and UAT activities.
• Experience with CRM platforms and ticketing workflows.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
