Associate, Client Support

Overview

Associate, Client Support in the S&P Cappitech Support and Operations team, responsible for delivering customer experience, managing client workflows, and resolving regulatory reporting issues.

What you'll do

• Address customer inquiries and requests promptly and within specified timelines.
• Assist clients in understanding the solution functionality and resolving reporting challenges.
• Collaborate with product and engineering teams to identify, fix, and test bugs/issues.
• Escalate issues in a timely manner and follow up until resolution.
• Support validation or User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for issue resolution.
• Conduct Root Cause Analysis to identify sources of data inconsistencies.
• Troubleshoot issues by reviewing data across Excel, JSON, XML, FPML messages, and mapping specifications.

What you'll need

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in business administration, technology, or related field.
• Intermediate proficiency in Excel.
• Understanding of SQL at an intermediate level.
• Freshers or demonstrated experience in financial markets or fintech.
• Ability to comprehend technical concepts.
• Competence in querying and extracting data from databases.
• Knowledge of trade lifecycle across securities finance, exchange-traded, and OTC derivatives.

• Shift timings (IST): 6AM-3PM and 9:30AM-6:30PM.
