Overview

Associate SAP Employee Central consulting focusing on Time Off and Time tracking for enterprise clients.

What you'll do

• Lead the Employee Central track for large multi-country implementations.
• Design and configure Employee Central capabilities including time off and time tracking.
• Create absence time types and time account types.
• Enable assignment of time off master data to employees.
• Independently lead design workshops for customers.
• Implement Time Off considering regional laws and regulations for specific locations.
• Support platform integration with other modules and systems (including S4H and third-party payroll).

What you'll need

• 5+ years of relevant experience.
• Hands-on knowledge of Employee Central functionalities: Foundation, Position Management, Employee Master Data, Employee Life Cycle Events, Time Off, and Benefits.
• Understanding of end employee life cycle on the SF platform.
• Knowledge of Employee Central integration with S4H, third-party payroll, and other systems.
• Understanding of data migration approach/strategy for Employee Central.
• Education in one of: BE/B.Tech/MBA/MCA/M.Tech/CA/ICWA (MBA, Bachelor of Engineering, or Master of Engineering are specified as required).
