Overview

Associate role in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central consulting, focused on time off and time tracking across Employee Central and related enterprise integrations.

What you'll do

• Lead the Employee Central track for large multi-country implementations.
• Provide Employee Central consulting across functionalities including time off and benefits.
• Create absence time type and time account type configurations.
• Enable assignment of time off master data to employees.
• Independently lead design workshops for customers.
• Implement platform-level integrations with other modules and systems.
• Apply data migration approach/strategy for Employee Central.

What you'll need

• 5+ years of experience (years of experience required: 5 yrs+).
• Hands-on knowledge of Employee Central functionalities including Foundation, Position Management, Employee Master Data, Employee Life Cycle Events, Time Off, and Benefits.
• Experience with Employee Central time tracking.
• Knowledge of end employee life cycle on the SF platform.
• Understanding of Employee Central integration capabilities with S4H, third-party payroll, and other systems.
• Education qualification in one of: BE/B.Tech/MBA/MCA/M.Tech/CA/ICWA.
• Know how to consider regional laws and regulations when implementing Time Off.
