Associate Engineer

Overview

Associate Engineer role supporting technical operations for building management and energy systems, handling calls, emails and tickets and resolving platform issues.

What you'll do

• Provide technical support via calls, emails and tickets.
• Follow SOPs to diagnose and resolve technical issues.
• Implement controls programming changes.
• Troubleshoot and resolve platform-based deviations.
• Work on provided offline activities.
• Follow given SOPs and flag unresolved issues and escalations to L2.
• Diagnose and analyze technical problems.
• Analyze different systems and energy data to find potential for energy optimization.
• Work on projects that require data mining, analysis and presentation.
• Follow up on and meet commitments to customers.

What you'll need

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical & Electronics or Mechanical.
• Experience in BMS or Energy Management Systems.
• Good communication skills.
• Flexible to work in shifts.
