Associate, Fin Reporting and Accounting

Overview

This Associate role in finance reporting and accounting covers monthly expense analysis, month-end closing, audit closure support, GST compliance, group reporting, and maintenance of finance SOPs.

What you'll do

• Prepare balance sheet and P&L schedules monthly and maintain timely and accurate accounts
• Analyse expenses, including analysis and trending
• Assist in smooth closure of statutory audit, tax audit and transfer pricing (TP) audit
• Assist in filing monthly GST returns and annual returns
• Reconcile monthly GST input credits
• Assist in filing GST refund applications
• Assist the team with monthly, quarterly and yearly group reporting activities (HFM and Hyperion)
• Assist the team in maintaining and updating finance SOPs (standard operating processes)
• Handle other ad hoc activities on need basis

What you'll need

• Fresher or 1 to 2+ years of hands-on experience in general accounting
• Qualified Chartered Accountant
• Articleship with a Big Four firm is a must
• Strong MS Office and Excel skills
