Associate, Finance

Overview

Finance Associate (Accounts Receivable) responsible for posting customer payments, processing invoices, and maintaining accurate receivables.

What you'll do

• Post customer payments by recording cash, checks, and credit card transactions.
• Process invoices with accuracy and timeliness, including invoice data entry.
• Update receivables by totaling unpaid invoices.
• Prepare daily status reports and daily bank deposits.
• Research and apply unallocated cash and receipts coding/posting.
• Oversee cash application, including overpayment and deduction management.

What you'll need

• 0-3 years of experience in AR.
• Education in BCOM/MCOM and MBA (Finance).
• Basic skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook, and MS-Office.
• Use computerized accounting software including Tempus and Workday.
• Use Excel (and Word) to perform job duties.

• Workweek: 50+ hour standard workweek requirement.
