Associate Fraud & Claims Operations Representative-48

Overview

Supports fraud and claims operations by researching customer claims, investigating account activity, and resolving disputes while providing customer support in a call center environment.

What you'll do

• Capture pertinent customer information about claims.
• Research claims and provide status updates.
• Investigate complex account activity and take appropriate claim actions.
• Review transactions to detect or prevent fraud and resolve disputes.
• Perform customer support tasks while answering incoming calls.
• Escalate questions and issues to experienced roles.
• Coordinate with colleagues and supporting functional areas.

What you'll need

• At least 6 months of customer service support experience or equivalent experience, training, military experience, or education.
• Basic banking knowledge.
• Ability to analyze and investigate debit card disputed claims.
• Strong analytical skills.
• Good communication skills.
• Ability to work night shifts.

Nice to have

• University degree in Business or a related discipline.
• Knowledge of chargebacks or card operations.
• Knowledge of debit and credit cards.
• Experience reviewing complex account activity across multiple transaction channels and products.
• Experience performing in-depth reviews of monetary and non-monetary transactions.
