Associate Fraud & Claims Operations Representative

Overview

Supports customers with fraud and claims inquiries by collecting information, researching account activity, and processing claim-related actions in a call center environment.

What you'll do

• Capture pertinent customer information about claims.
• Research new and existing claims.
• Provide customers with claim-status updates.
• Review complex account activity and take appropriate claim actions.
• Answer incoming calls while providing customer support.
• Escalate questions and issues to experienced roles.
• Collaborate with supporting functional areas to coordinate customer service.

What you'll need

• At least 6 months of customer service support experience or equivalent experience, training, military experience, or education.
• Research, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Data entry and data management skills.
• Ability to identify, assess, and escalate discrepancies or exceptions.
• Knowledge of regulatory compliance and VISA rules in claim decision-making.
• Ability to work across different shifts and overtime as business needs require.
