What you'll do

• Drive growth of the Financial Services practice through business development.
• Lead delivery on advisory engagements for financial services clients.
• Develop financial services client set across Banking, NBFC, Payments, and Asset Management.
• Generate consulting opportunities and create winning proposals.
• Convert opportunities into engagements using commercial acumen.
• Manage engagement delivery to high client satisfaction levels and identify follow-up opportunities.

What you'll need

• Have 1+ years of experience.
• Possess skills to manage parallel pursuits and business development activities.
• Demonstrate strong business development and relationship skills.
• Have a keen understanding of industry issues and specific clients.
• Show strong ability to engage with C-Suite in meetings.
• Have in-depth understanding of the consulting engagement lifecycle.
• Education: MBA from a top tier institute.
