Overview

Associate – Generative AI Engineer focused on designing, developing, and deploying scalable generative AI solutions for clients using LLMs and transformer architectures.

What you'll do

• Design, build, and deploy generative AI solutions using LLMs and open-source models.
• Fine-tune and customize foundation models using domain-specific datasets and techniques.
• Develop prompt engineering strategies to improve accurate, context-aware responses.
• Implement model pipelines using Python with PyTorch and Hugging Face Transformers and/or LangChain.
• Integrate GenAI capabilities into enterprise systems via APIs or custom interfaces.
• Collaborate with data engineers and MLOps teams to productionize models on cloud platforms.

What you'll need

• 4 to 7 years of experience.
• Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, and Hugging Face Transformers.
• Hands-on experience deploying solutions on Azure, AWS, or GCP.
• Experience with orchestration frameworks like LangChain and REST APIs (FastAPI or Flask).
• Experience managing ML pipelines using MLflow or Weights & Biases.
• Familiarity with CI/CD practices for ML (e.g., Azure ML or SageMaker pipelines).
• B.E/B.Tech/M.Tech/MCA degree; Bachelor of Technology stated as the required degree.

Nice to have

• Experience in fine-tuning models.
• Experience in SLM.
• RAG, vector databases (FAISS, Pinecone, Weaviate).
• Streamlit/Gradio for prototyping.
• Docker and Kubernetes for model deployment.
• Knowledge of data preprocessing & feature engineering and NLP libraries (spaCy, NLTK, Transformers).
