Overview

Provide property and casualty insurance claims support by assisting clients with auto insurance policy inquiries, processing policy updates, resolving concerns, and maintaining accurate records.

What you'll do

• Assist clients with inquiries regarding auto insurance policies, providing clear and accurate information.
• Evaluate client insurance needs and recommend appropriate coverage options to ensure adequate protection.
• Accurately and efficiently process policy changes, updates, and endorsements.
• Resolve client concerns and issues in a professional and timely manner, maintaining high customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with insurance agents and underwriters to ensure policy accuracy and regulatory compliance.
• Maintain detailed records of client interactions, policy updates, and resolutions for audit and reporting purposes.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives by providing feedback on processes and identifying opportunities for enhanced efficiency.

What you'll need

• Bachelor's degree in Actuarial Science, Economics, Finance, or Risk Management and Insurance.
• Master's degree in Statistics.
• Claims Management skills.
• Data Management skills.
• Insurance skills.
• Property & Casualty Insurance skills.
• English language proficiency is required.
• Intermediate English language proficiency (B1).

Nice to have

• Associate in Claims (AIC) certification from The Institutes (USA).
• Certified Fraud Examiner (CFE) certification from ACFE.
• Certified Insurance Counselor (CIC) certification from the American Academy of Professional Coders (AAPC).
• Chartered Property Casualty Underwriter (CPCU) certification from the Insurance Institute of America (IIA).
