Associate Lead Software Developer

Overview

Associate Lead Software Developer responsible for building and delivering full-stack software solutions and providing technical guidance to the development team.

What you'll do

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable frontend and full-stack applications.
• Lead implementation of complex UI features and technical solutions.
• Participate in solution design and technical architecture discussions.
• Provide technical guidance and mentoring to software developers.
• Perform code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices.
• Coordinate with backend, QA, and DevOps teams to integrate features and support releases.
• Troubleshoot complex application, integration, and deployment issues.

What you'll need

• Strong experience in React JS and modern frontend development.
• Good experience in Node.js and full-stack application development.
• Strong understanding of JavaScript/TypeScript, REST APIs, and web application architecture.
• Experience with Docker/containerized applications.
• Knowledge of Git-based workflows and CI/CD practices.
• Experience with debugging, performance optimization, and code quality practices.
• Understanding of Agile/Scrum software development methodologies.
