Associate Manager, Research Consulting (Oncology)

Overview

Associate Manager on the Putnam research consulting team in oncology, handling research project delivery, quality, knowledge transfer and new product development within life sciences.

What you'll do

• Manage research projects, including planning and tracking for efficient delivery.
• Ensure adherence to research process and protocols (quality management).
• Execute reports.
• Transfer knowledge and project learnings to the functional group or organization.
• Generate new product ideas and enhance existing products.
• Independently handle and efficiently deliver project(s), including engagement with internal and external stakeholders.
• Lead resource development through trainings, including on-the-job training, and develop or update frameworks or protocols for strategic analysis.

What you'll need

• 4-7 years of experience in a similar or allied role in an advisory organization or the pharmaceutical industry.
• Graduate or post-graduate with a management degree from a reputed institute.
• Pharm/M. Pharm, MBA/MBBS/MD or PhD in Immunology, Oncology, Molecular Biology, Biochemistry, Pharmacology or Life Sciences.
• Technically strong with an orientation to commercial considerations, or vice-versa, with strong logical and analytical acumen.

• Degree from a premier institute.
