Associate Manager Software Engineering (Finacle Support L3)

Overview

Associate Manager Software Engineering responsible for L3 support of Finacle 10.x banking applications and related solutions.

What you'll do

• Support Finacle modules including Branch Operations, CASA, TD, Loans, Trade Finance, and Locker.
• Support alternate delivery channels including SWIFT, Clearing, Utility Payments, and Financial Inclusion.
• Analyze product fatal errors and review application logs.
• Monitor application services and availability.
• Log, track, escalate, and follow up on service-provider calls through closure.
• Execute application maintenance activities using defined checklists.
• Test vendor fixes, support bank UAT, and raise change-management requests for production movement.

What you'll need

• Minimum 5 years of in-scope experience.
• Minimum 7 years of total experience in Banking IT or related-solution support.
• Science or Commerce graduation.
• Experience supporting Finacle 10.x application modules.
• At least one certification: ITIL4 Professional, Prince2, or PMP.
• Experience with change management, vendor coordination, and application maintenance.
