Associate - Motor Insurance

Overview

Associate/Sales Executive for Paytm Insurance Broking’s Motor Insurance department, focused on selling motor insurance products.

What you'll do

• Generate and convert telesales leads for two-wheeler, four-wheeler, and commercial vehicle motor insurance.
• Use cold calling, renewals, referrals, and digital leads to identify potential customers.
• Understand customer vehicle insurance needs and recommend suitable policies.
• Support seamless policy issuance, rollovers, and renewal conversions.
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly motor insurance sales targets.
• Track lead quality, conversion ratios, and customer sentiment; share feedback to improve efficiency.
• Maintain sales reports, pipeline updates, and conversion data in CRM tools.

What you'll need

• Experience range: 0 months to 5 years.
• Knowledge of motor insurance concepts including IDV, NCB transfers, and Third-Party vs. Comprehensive.
• Ability to explain add-ons such as Zero Dep, Engine Protect, and RSA.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills.
• Basic proficiency in MS Excel, Google Sheets, and CRM software.
• Good command of spoken and written English and Hindi.
• Education: Graduation (any stream).

Nice to have

• MBA or relevant insurance/sales certification.
• 4–5 years in motor insurance telesales or general insurance sales.
• POSP / IRDAI certification.
