Overview

Associate, Operations at MassMutual India, supporting new and existing wealth management business via processing paperwork, submissions, and client data.

What you'll do

• Process required paperwork and provide customer service for new and existing business.
• Review broker-dealer new business submissions for accuracy and completeness.
• Identify cases not in good order (NIGO) and alert the Field force for resolution.
• Process client data into back-office systems with high accuracy.
• Research and resolve operational issues as needed.
• Use root cause problem solving tools to identify and resolve problems.
• Meet or exceed productivity and quality standards.

What you'll need

• 3-5 years of financial services industry knowledge or experience in similar process support.
• Strong organization and analytical skills.
• Excellent data entry skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet strict deadlines.
• Ability to work overtime and/or flexible shifts as business needs arise.
• Knowledge of MS Excel, MS Word, and MS PowerPoint (preferred).

Nice to have

• Macro coding and VBA knowledge.
• 3+ years of financial services industry knowledge.
• MBA; or a college degree or equivalent business experience.
• Knowledge and understanding of FINRA/SEC rules and regulations.

Details

• Location: Hyderabad, India.
• Work timings: rotational shifts (regular, afternoon, and night) and may require a few weeks of India night shifts for trainings.
• Subject to supervision requirements including Non-Registered Fingerprinting (NRF) and personal trading account oversight.
