Analyst Financial Advisory Support

Overview

Analyst Financial Advisory Support supports dedicated financial advisors and teams by managing client service tasks and office workflows to deliver a client experience.

What you'll do

• Assist financial advisors with client servicing, including completing trades/transactions and new account openings as described.
• Prepare and summarize client meetings, including scheduling, confirmation, agenda creation, and follow-up.
• Ensure new business paperwork is submitted successfully, including forms, signatures, documentation to the home office, and tracking insurance/annuity applications and rollovers.
• Coordinate and prepare marketing events, including creating marketing compliance documentation.
• Handle administrative duties such as answering advisor phones, expense management reports, routine client correspondence, and setting up client files.
• Assist advisors with social media presence (Facebook & LinkedIn) and help clients enroll/serve on Ameriprise tools.

What you'll need

• Willingness to pursue licensing certifications (SERIES 7 and possibly state securities/IAR/insurance).
• Ability to work evening hours (8:00 pm to 4:30 am; 9:30am to 6pm CST).
• Finance graduate (at least 1 year experience; post graduation preferred).
• Good communication skills.
• Basic understanding of MS PowerPoint, MS Excel, and MS Word.
• Exposure to financial products such as mutual funds, insurance, and retirement services.
• Strong attention to detail with high accuracy and ability to meet strict SLA timelines.

• Location: Noida, Embassy Oxygen Business Park (Ameriprise India).
• Employment type: Full time.
• Work location: In-office at least 3 days per week with flexibility to work from home 2 days per week.
• Timings: 8:00p–4:30a.
