Associate Product Analyst (Technical Support - Windchill)

Overview

Associate Product Analyst for Windchill-based PLM environments, providing technical support for customers and partners.

What you'll do

• Provide technical support and advice for PLM application implementation, customization, deployment, and optimization.
• Analyze and investigate technical issues to develop assistance and solutions.
• Use Salesforce case management to log issues and track status and related activities.
• Provide extended support activities such as technical trainings, webinars, and mentoring.
• Create and publish knowledge articles and related resources for customers, partners, and employees.
• Identify and recommend product and support training opportunities for the team.

What you'll need

• 1-2 years’ experience in a related support services field (technical and soft skills).
• Strong experience implementing or supporting client-server architecture or multi-tier applications.
• Practical knowledge of databases (e.g., Oracle 19 or MS SQL Server), operating systems (e.g., Windows or Linux such as RHEL/Ubuntu), and related components.
• Exposure and hands-on knowledge of cloud platforms or SaaS ecosystems (e.g., Azure, AWS, or GCP).
• Demonstrated ability to solve analytical problems with precise investigation and documentation.
• Basic object-oriented programming background, preferably in Java.
• Strong English verbal and written communication skills.

• Location: Pune, India.
• Support environments may be SaaS, hosted, or on-premises.
• Primary working hours will be in Europe or North America time as required (rotation program).
