Customer Care Representative

Overview

What you'll do

• Receive phone calls or other client communications requesting assistance.
• Evaluate issues and provide accurate resolutions.
• Document each customer interaction in a detailed, structured manner.
• Maintain and update the internal knowledge base and other sources.
• Handle re-supply and report requests in a timely manner.
• Assist clients with technical problems related to equipment.
• Troubleshoot transmission and other equipment usage issues.

What you'll need

• Availability to work full time and rotating shifts every four weeks.
• Excellent written and spoken English language skills.
• Capacity for teamwork.
• Ability to work independently and show initiative in resolving issues.
• Patience and customer service skills for difficult situations.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.
• Working knowledge of MS Office tools.
• SQL experience is stated as ideal for handling and modifying SQL queries.

• Location: Bangalore, India.
• Shift rotations: every four weeks; may include mornings, evenings, weekends, and/or holidays as assigned.
