Technical Support Engineer - AMER

Overview

Technical Support Engineer for AMER, supporting client technical inquiries and driving issues to resolution.

What you'll do

• Investigate client inquiries and provide support via phone, email, or chat.
• Provide first response to technical issues and resolve where possible.
• Triage issues and escalate unresolved items to internal teams.
• Track customer inquiries through resolution with timely communication.
• Develop and maintain technical and non-technical playbooks.
• Prioritize and manage multiple open inquiries at once.
• Participate in an on-call rotation and work defined business hours.

What you'll need

• Graduation with a Computer Science or related bachelor’s degree.
• 2+ years of technical support experience, preferably in financial institutions.
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to work with cross-functional teams to resolve issues.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Knowledge of Google apps, Salesforce, and JIRA.
• Comfort with command-line interfaces (technical troubleshooting experience preferred).

Details

• Onsite role at the Bangalore office (Monday to Friday).
• Working hours (IST): AMER 8:30 PM IST to 4:30 AM IST.
