Technical Support Engineer

Overview

Technical Support Engineer to own end-to-end customer support for an AI product, combining technical troubleshooting with clear customer guidance.

What you'll do

• Triages and resolves user-reported incidents involving AI-powered features.
• Communicates resolutions, workarounds, and technical explanations to technical and non-technical users.
• Creates and maintains knowledge bases, FAQs, and troubleshooting guides.
• Escalates complex issues by collaborating with engineering and product teams.
• Analyzes recurring customer feedback to recommend product improvements.
• Guides customers through onboarding and provides in-product help resources.

What you'll need

• 2–6 years of technical support experience with end-to-end ownership of customer issues.
• Experience supporting B2B SaaS or AI/ML products with complex user workflows.
• Advanced support tools skills (e.g., Zendesk, Freshdesk, or similar).
• Technical ability to diagnose issues and basic familiarity with APIs, logs, or web tech (HTML/CSS/JS basics).
• Portfolio or record demonstrating support process improvements and customer success contributions.
