Associate Product Manager / Product Manager — Over-the-Road Visibility

Overview

Own product outcomes for FourKites' Over-the-Road visibility portfolio across Truckload, LTL, Parcel and Last Mile. The role combines customer discovery, data analysis, prototyping and cross-functional delivery to improve adoption, retention and tracking quality.

What you'll do

• Own tracking quality, ETA accuracy and carrier coverage outcomes for one or more OTR modes.
• Analyze adoption, engagement and retention KPIs to identify product gaps.
• Build and prioritize backlogs based on usage data, customer interviews and feedback.
• Write SQL and use analytics tools to investigate product usage and customer behavior.
• Build prototypes, internal tools and analyses with AI coding tools.
• Run discovery sessions and represent customer needs in planning and sprint reviews.
• Partner with Engineering, Design, Data Science, Customer Success and other teams through launch and monitoring.

What you'll need

• Associate Product Manager: 2–4 years in product management or a related role.
• Product Manager: 5+ years, including end-to-end product-area ownership.
• Practical supply chain or logistics experience.
• Strong SQL and hands-on experience with analytics tools.
• Experience using AI tools to build prototypes, scripts or internal tools.
• Experience with discovery calls, user stories and customer feedback.
• Ability to work with significant overlap with US Central Time.

Nice to have

• Experience with two or more of truckload, LTL, parcel and last mile.
• Experience with SaaS onboarding, feature adoption or customer health scoring.
• Experience with Pendo, Amplitude or similar tools.
• Familiarity with agile development and engineering squads.
• Bachelor's degree in engineering, operations, supply chain, economics or another quantitative field.
