Senior Product Manager (Integrations)

Overview

Own the strategy and execution of the integrations platform, developer platform, and partner integration capabilities for financial technology products.

What you'll do

• Own integrations platform strategy and execution.
• Build and scale developer platform capabilities.
• Enable partner integrations across banking, lending, CRM, eSignature, and digital banking platforms.
• Manage end-to-end product lifecycles from ideation through adoption.
• Translate technical needs into clear product requirements.
• Support partner ecosystems and AI-powered solutions.

What you'll need

• At least 3 years of experience in Product Management, Software Engineering, or a technical product role.
• Master’s degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Experience with APIs, integrations, or platform-based products.
• Experience with REST APIs and integration architectures.
• Proficiency with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Experience using Confluence and JIRA.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.

Nice to have

• Experience with financial institutions, fintech platforms, or financial services software.
• Familiarity with core banking, loan origination, digital banking, or CRM platforms.
• Experience managing developer platforms or API ecosystems.
• Exposure to AI-powered platforms, automation tools, or agent-based AI systems.

Details

• Remote position based in India.
• Requires 10% travel to client sites in the United States as needed.
