Sr. Product Manager - Custom Objects & CRM Data Platform

Overview

Senior Product Manager owning and evolving Custom Objects for HighLevel’s CRM data platform.

What you'll do

• Define the product strategy and roadmap for Custom Objects and CRM data model evolution.
• Build scalable capabilities for custom entities, fields, records, relationships, associations, and permissions.
• Partner with Engineering and Architecture on data models, schemas, APIs, scalability, data integrity, and performance.
• Make Custom Objects usable across Workflows, Reporting, Contacts, Companies, Opportunities, Forms, Integrations, and AI.
• Evolve API, webhook, import/export, and synchronization capabilities for reliable external integrations.
• Drive the product lifecycle from discovery and technical design through delivery, adoption, and iteration.
• Define success metrics for adoption, usage, API consumption, reliability, and customer outcomes.

What you'll need

• 7+ years of Product Management experience building platform/CRM/data/developer/infrastructure/integration products.
• Strong understanding of relational databases and entity-relationship modeling, schemas, and metadata.
• Strong understanding of APIs, webhooks, data synchronization, integrations, and imports/exports with data mapping.
• Ability to reason about data integrity, scalability, performance, backward compatibility, and system trade-offs.
• Proven ability to work deeply with Engineering and Architecture on technically complex products.
• Strong product judgment for intuitive experiences for SMB customers.
