Overview
Own the B2C and Events product roadmap at HighLevel, including taking Events from beta to general availability and scaling learning, ticketing, organizer and attendee experiences across a B2B2C product ecosystem.
What you'll do
- Shape and execute the B2C platform roadmap for 1.1M+ monthly active learners, focusing on engagement, completion and retention.
- Define and close the category capabilities gap across ticket tiers, promo codes, capacity, waitlists, recurring and series events, refunds, embeddable widgets, calendar sync and wallet passes.
- Own Events beta exit criteria covering quality, reliability, feature completeness, adoption and revenue signals.
- Build paid, free and RSVP event types, multi-tier and multi-currency ticketing, checkout conversion, discounts, taxes, refunds and payouts.
- Ensure registrations flow into organizers' CRM for segmentation and automation.
- Own event-day operations including check-in, QR scanning, offline resilience, guest lists, comp tickets, on-site sales and capacity enforcement.
- Own the attendee experience in Client Portal across discovery, registration, checkout, tickets, reminders, joining links, attendance and history on web and mobile.
- Drive event distribution and discovery through SEO-ready pages, social and calendar syndication, embeddable listings, the Gokollab Marketplace and promotion tooling.
- Make APIs, webhooks and integrations a first-class platform surface.
- Partner with design and engineering to deliver intuitive, accessible, mobile-friendly and fast organizer and attendee interfaces.
- Run discovery with beta organizers and turn qualitative feedback into a prioritized backlog.
- Design and analyze experiments across event page conversion, registration completion, checkout drop-off and organizer onboarding.
- Drive registration integrity, capacity and waitlist correctness, payment reliability, fraud and listing trust, and resilience during traffic spikes.
- Collaborate with engineering, design, data, support, marketing and customer-facing teams to launch features and drive adoption.
- Define success metrics and OKRs for organizer activation, time to first published event, repeat-event rate, registration and checkout conversion, attendance rate, gross ticket volume and revenue per organizer.
- Deliver measurable growth in events published, organizers activated, registrations processed and ticket revenue.
What you'll need
- 7+ years of Product Management experience, with meaningful exposure to events, ticketing, marketplace, commerce or B2B2C SaaS products.
- Experience building and shipping impactful features for B2C platforms or content products that drive activation, completion and retention at meaningful scale.
- Experience owning the full event journey across the Memberships admin creator experience and Client Portal attendee experience.
- A strong UI/UX sensibility focused on learner journeys, content discovery, progress tracking and habit formation, with a track record of delivering intuitive and high-quality learning experiences.
- Comfort running A/B tests and structured experiments to improve learner engagement and completion rates.
- A learner-centric approach that balances business objectives with learner needs, motivation and outcomes.
- Experience seeking out organizers directly, running discovery and translating feedback into product decisions.
- Ability to contribute to product vision while staying involved in day-to-day execution.
- Ability to use behavioral data, funnel metrics and cohort analysis to prioritize initiatives, validate assumptions and guide product decisions.
- A proven track record of taking a product from early stage to scaled adoption, with clear ownership of the decisions that made it work.
- Hands-on experience with checkout, pricing and packaging, payments, refunds, payouts and fee structure.
- Working knowledge of the events and ticketing category, including Eventbrite, Luma, Meetup and Cvent positioning, pricing and differentiation.
- Solid understanding of UI/UX principles and ability to partner with design on intuitive, accessible and high-quality journeys for organizers and attendees.
- Familiarity with SaaS and B2C platform growth levers, including user activation, engagement loops, retention, lifecycle optimization and audience monetization.
- Comfort operating with ambiguity, incomplete data and shifting priorities in a fast-moving, remote-first environment.
Nice to have
- Experience working on an events, ticketing or community platform, with the ability to clearly articulate personal impact on organizer growth, conversion and revenue.
