Technical Product Manager

Overview

Own the definition, development, and maintenance of key product areas focused on unified exposure management capabilities of the ArmorCode platform, collaborating cross-functionally and taking accountability for product-market fit, prioritization, launch, and adoption.

What you'll do

• Serve as the voice of the customer by deeply understanding how enterprise security teams operate their Application Security and Vulnerability management workflows, and drive product design accordingly.
• Define product requirements, user stories, mock-ups, and acceptance criteria, and work with UX, Engineering, and Data to deliver.
• Partner with Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success to craft messaging, training, collateral, and go-to-market strategies.
• Interact and collaborate with Support, Customer Success, and field teams to understand customer issues and drive business outcomes.
• Monitor usage, adoption, customer feedback, and business metrics, and drive continuous improvement and optimization.
• Work with customers and internal teams across geographies to close gaps and open questions in order to drive execution.
• Understand the market landscape and competitive offerings, and identify opportunities for differentiation and disruption.

What you'll need

• 3+ years of product management experience in B2B SaaS companies.
• Solid experience with B2B SaaS analytics platforms, enough to jump into the security space.
• Demonstrated ability to collaborate with data and engineering to build scalable analytical solutions and visualization layers.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and prioritisation skills, and ability to work across teams.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in business, engineering, computer science, or related field.
