Product Manager

Overview

Lead product development for the Ownership Intelligence business of a B2B SaaS company serving investor relations and public relations teams, executing the product roadmap and directing Engineering teams to release features.

What you'll do

• Influence the product roadmap and develop requirements with Product Management leadership.
• Direct Engineering teams to develop and release features that solve real-world client problems.
• Refine the backlog and prioritize stories.
• Write user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Clarify requirements for developers.
• Review sprint progress and remove blockers.
• Test and validate completed features.
• Work closely with Engineering, UX/UI Design, Product stakeholders, Product Marketing and Customer Success teams to ensure seamless product delivery and go-to-market execution.
• Critically evaluate information from multiple sources, reconcile conflicts, decompose high-level information into details, and distinguish specific user requests from essential, common functional needs.

What you'll need

• Degree in Computer Science, Business/Finance or a related discipline, or equivalent work experience.
• 3+ years of experience.
• Strong analytical and product management skills, including a thorough understanding of how to interpret customer business needs and translate them into application and operational requirements.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group, managers, and subject matter experts.
• Familiarity with Agile software development methodologies and processes.
• Ability to collaborate with developers and subject matter experts to establish the technical vision and analyze tradeoffs between usability and performance needs.
• General understanding of the development and deployment of enterprise business software.

• Location: The Leela Office, 4th Floor, Airport Road, Kodihalli, Bangalore 560008.
• Work from the office on Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays, with flexibility to work from home on Mondays and Fridays.
• Management Level G.
