Associate Program Architect (Full-Stack Developer — AI-Native Engineering)

Overview

Associate Program Architect working as an agile, end-to-end Full-Stack Developer for a next-generation pre-sales scoping and estimation tool.

What you'll do

• Translate stakeholder requirements into interactive proof of concepts (POCs) and operational prototypes with the Technical Architect.
• Own low-level designs (LLDs) and implement clean, maintainable, modular code using modern JavaScript frameworks.
• Build web application tiers with embedded Claude plugin agents.
• Implement cross-system data bridges using Model Context Protocol (MCP) for secure context fetching.
• Develop and consume RESTful services and implement OAuth/JWT authentication workflows.
• Maintain CI/CD by managing Git repositories and interacting with Jenkins build jobs to deploy via SaaS platforms.
• Write and execute unit, integration, and user-acceptance tests for stability.

What you'll need

• Strong foundation in full-stack development with experience building and deploying multi-tier web applications.
• Advanced JavaScript/TypeScript skills and operational mastery of Node.js, React, or AngularJS.
• Practical experience consuming LLM APIs, prompt tracking, and integrating agentic plugins.
• Expertise in AI-augmented coding toolchains such as Cursor or Claude Code.
• Understanding of REST architecture, relational database indexing, and OAuth/JWT security concepts.
• Familiarity with Git workflows, Jenkins pipelines, and hosting on SaaS infrastructures like Heroku.
