Associate Project Specialist – Medical Communications

Overview

Support end-to-end delivery of publication and medical education projects by coordinating scientific writers, stakeholders, submissions, approvals, budgets, and compliance activities.

What you'll do

• Support project delivery across publication and medical education phases.
• Initiate and amend submissions based on comments.
• Coordinate communication with internal and external stakeholders.
• Track activities, issues, risks, timelines, and follow-ups.
• Manage publication tools, approval workflows, and compliance activities.
• Track assigned project budgets and external spend.
• Coordinate delivery of slide decks, abstracts, posters, manuscripts, and reports.

What you'll need

• 2–4 years of post-qualification experience.
• Project management skills.
• Scientific or medical writing and communications skills.
• Pharmaceutical experience, including therapeutic-area or publication-submission exposure.
• Stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• University degree, preferably in science, with excellent spoken and written English.

Nice to have

• Advanced or postgraduate degree in life sciences, pharmacy, or a similar discipline.
