Associate – REFX, SAP, Advisory

Overview

Associate role in SAP RE-FX/CLM advisory focused on designing, implementing, and supporting lease and contract management solutions.

What you'll do

• Design and implement SAP RE-FX solutions for contract and lease management (CLM).
• Configure RE-FX CLM components for lease-in/lease-out, Right-of-Use assets, service charge settlements, and rent condition adjustments.
• Manage lease contract lifecycle including creation, renewals, terminations, and critical date tracking.
• Integrate RE-FX with SAP FI, CO, and FI-AA for financial postings, cost allocations, and asset accounting.
• Lead migration of lease data from legacy systems (e.g., NAKISA) to SAP RE-FX.
• Provide end-user training and post-Go-Live support, including technical documentation.

What you'll need

• Experience requirement includes 3-6 years, 6-12 years, or 12-20 years in SAP.
• Should have completed at least one end-to-end (E2E) implementation.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Willingness to travel for short and long term durations.
• Bachelors background in Commerce, Science, or Engineering from a premier institute is preferred.
• Education includes BCOM / MBA / MCOM; Bachelor of Engineering and MBA are listed as required.
