Associate Revenue Operations Specialist supporting renewals and revenue operations activities including license management, quotes, order processing/fulfillment, and post-sales work.

What you'll do

• Support the renewal process.
• Manage licenses.
• Create and manage quotes.
• Handle order processing and order fulfillment.
• Perform post-sales activities.
• Maintain the customer database.
• Serve and retain customer SLAs for existing customer bases.

What you'll need

• Experience supporting renewal processes (as stated responsibility).
• Experience in license management (as stated responsibility).
• Experience with quotes management (as stated responsibility).
• Experience with order processing and order fulfillment (as stated responsibility).
