Overview

Associate role focused on SailPoint engineering and implementation within identity and access management.

What you'll do

• Develop SailPoint (8.x) solutions using hands-on implementation experience.
• Write rules using SailPoint APIs in Java/BeanShell.
• Work with roles, policies, and certifications concepts for access governance.
• Handle identity mapping, correlation, debugging, and filters.
• Build or manage workflows, LCM, email templates, and provisioning.
• Support deployment processes and agile project work.

What you'll need

• 3-12 years of experience (as stated).
• Hands-on SailPoint (8.x) development experience.
• Java/BeanShell capability for SailPoint rule writing.
• Knowledge of roles, policies, and certifications concepts.
• Understanding of identity mappings, correlation, debugging, and filters.
• Skills covering workflows, LCM, email templates, and provisioning.
• B.Tech / Bachelor of Engineering education qualification.

Nice to have

• Custom connector experience.
• Integration with different tools and Rest APIs.
• Very good Java programming skills.
• SailPoint integration experience and exposure to deployment process.
• SailPoint certification (must-have if 2-3 years experience; good to have otherwise).
