Sales Executive

Overview

Sales Executive (Enterprise Sales) selling SailPoint’s IGA Solution Suite to large organizations. Role is based in Mumbai and targets multinational, C-level stakeholders with a Challenger sales approach.

What you'll do

• Sell the IGA Solution Suite to organizations in the $2B–$5B range.
• Negotiate high-value contracts using prior SaaS, cyber-sec, or IAM/IGA experience.
• Engage approximately 30 target customers to achieve quota.
• Run sales motions that include POCs, BVA’s, and RFPs.
• Develop trusted relationships with senior decision makers and key buyers in named accounts and partners.
• Create and manage account/opportunity plans and sales forecasts for “A” accounts.
• Manage pipeline with required tools/processes, including regular SFDC activity updates.

What you'll need

• Experience navigating multinational accounts, generally at C level.
• Experience with SaaS, cyber-sec, or IAM/IGA to negotiate contracts.
• Ability to use the Challenger sales methodology in enterprise selling.
• Understanding of financial terms and how SailPoint measures financial success.
• Ability to work with prospective buyers and develop business value propositions.
• Preferred: a Bachelor's degree or global equivalent in an IT, business, or sales-related field.
