Associate Senior Site Reliability Engineer

Overview

Associate Senior Site Reliability Engineer responsible for availability, latency, performance, efficiency, monitoring, emergency response, change management, and capacity planning.

What you'll do

• Design and implement remediation plans to test and improve system reliability through chaos engineering.
• Apply DevOps and GitOps practices to enhance automation and enable self-service.
• Ensure services are highly available and resilient with self-monitoring and self-healing.
• Run “game days” to validate reliability assumptions and identify failure points.
• Build systems to proactively monitor health, performance, and security across production and non-production infrastructure.
• Improve monitoring and alerting so engineers are paged only when it matters.
• Troubleshoot system and network issues with the Technical Operations Team.

What you'll need

• Typically a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience.
• BS in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business/Management Information Systems, or related field.
• Experience in public and private clouds.
• Experience with Jenkins, Terraform, Ansible, OpenShift, and Kubernetes or AWS EKS.
