Senior Associate Platform Engineer

Overview

Senior Associate Platform Engineer to lead platform, infrastructure, or SRE initiatives with cloud-native expertise.

What you'll do

• Own complex, multi-month platform initiatives from design to production.
• Manage ambiguity and technical risk throughout delivery.
• Standardize platform tooling and deployment patterns across engineering teams.
• Build and operate cloud-native platform components using Kubernetes and managed cloud services.
• Apply IaC and GitOps practices for deployment and operations.
• Support AI/ML infrastructure such as model serving, inference pipelines, and GPU resource management.

What you'll need

• 5 to 8 years in platform, infrastructure, or SRE work experience.
• At least 3 years focused on cloud infrastructure or developer platforms.
• Expertise in cloud-native architecture including Kubernetes at scale.
• Experience with IaC tools Terraform or Pulumi and GitOps with ArgoCD.
• Experience with cloud networking, identity federation, and multi-tenancy patterns.
• Familiarity with compliance frameworks such as SOC 2, ISO 27001, or GDPR.
• Strong written communication for design docs and ADRs.
