Associate Software Engineer

Overview

Associate Software Engineer role focused on developing and maintaining Angular-based web applications, along with automated testing to ensure quality, performance, and reliability.

What you'll do

• Develop, enhance, and maintain responsive web applications using Angular and frontend technologies.
• Collaborate with product, UX, backend, and QA teams to implement business requirements.
• Build reusable frontend components following coding standards and best practices.
• Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts using Playwright.
• Execute functional, integration, regression, and end-to-end testing activities.
• Identify, document, track, and validate defects using JIRA.
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to improving code quality and performance.

What you'll need

• 2 to 4 years of experience in Angular-based web application development.
• Hands-on experience with test automation using Playwright.
• Experience with software testing principles, test case design, and defect lifecycle management.
• Experience performing functional, regression, integration, end-to-end, and smoke testing.
• Proficiency in Git version control.
• Experience using JIRA for user stories, defect tracking, and sprint management.
