Associate Solution Manager (SAP Consultant - SD/FI/MM)

Overview

Associate Solution Manager for SAP solutions (SD/FI/MM), owning a portfolio lifecycle from analysis and design through implementation/adoption, optimization, and retirement.

What you'll do

• Own and manage the full solution lifecycle including functional/technical design and end-of-life retirement.
• Lead requirements analysis and map user journeys, user stories, and experiences for EX/CX transformation.
• Coordinate development, optimization, implementation, and adoption using mobile, web, desktop, and cloud technologies.
• Oversee integration activities, including end-to-end process optimization with other managers.
• Define performance controls, measures, and KPIs for solution performance and reliability.
• Support implementation and user adoption; manage supplier/team support models.

What you'll need

• Bachelor’s degree in an IT discipline with minimum 8 years of relevant experience.
• Minimum 5 years of strong SAP-SD experience.
• Experience mapping user journeys and user stories for employee/customer experience transformation.
• Experience integrating/troubleshooting complex application issues.
• Familiarity with accounts receivable, invoicing, credit management, and tax business processes.
• Knowledge of SAP ERP (FI/CO, AR, SD billing) design/configuration and/or OneSource platforms.
