Associate Specialist Product Surveillance Ultrasound

Overview

Associate Specialist Product Surveillance Ultrasound manages complaint handling activities and supports Quality & Regulatory work to help ensure safe and effective products for the installed base.

What you'll do

• Handle complaints using post-market product surveillance.
• Support regulatory reporting activities.
• Help establish corrective and preventive actions for safe and effective product use.
• Resolve issues using established procedures and consult senior members when outside defined parameters.
• Collaborate with others to solve issues and exchange technical information.
• Perform simple data entry with face-value check and correction.
• Work on productivity projects using automation/AI tools with a lean mindset.

What you'll need

• Minimum 2 years of experience in complaint handling.
• Basic experience in Quality & Product Surveillance.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent (GED with at least 2 years of relevant experience).
• Good knowledge of Excel.
• Good knowledge of Power BI.
• AI (Copilot) knowledge.

Nice to have

• Ultrasound product knowledge (e.g., Voulson, Vivid, Logiq, ultrasound probes).
• Hospital workflow knowledge.
