Associate Specialist, RPA Platform Engineer, I&PE

Overview

Associate Specialist Platform Engineer (HAI Platforms) in the Platform Engineering team under Digital Foundation/CTO Organization. You will design, develop, and maintain internal platform products and shared services for AI, automation, and SaaS solutions.

What you'll do

• Design, build, and maintain monitoring and observability solutions to improve platform reliability and performance.
• Define and maintain SLOs, SLAs, and operational health metrics for platform services.
• Develop automation and tooling using Python, PowerShell, Bash, or similar scripting languages.
• Support infrastructure-as-code practices using tools such as Terraform and CloudFormation.
• Contribute to incident response, root cause analysis, and post-incident improvements.
• Troubleshoot and support existing RPA automations to ensure uninterrupted operations.

What you'll need

• 2+ years of experience in platform engineering, SRE, DevOps, cloud operations, or a related technical role.
• Hands-on experience with containerized environments such as Kubernetes and Docker.
• Experience with CI/CD tools and practices (e.g., GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps, or similar).
• Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure.
• Practical scripting/programming skills in Python, PowerShell, Bash, or similar.
• Familiarity with observability tools (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana, Nobl9, or similar).
• Understanding of infrastructure-as-code concepts and tools, plus strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.

Nice to have

• Experience with automation/RPA tools such as UiPath.
• Exposure to microservices and distributed systems.
• Familiarity with security and compliance requirements in enterprise environments.
