Associate Study Coordinator

Overview

Associate Study Coordinator supporting pharmacokinetic (PK) and toxicokinetic (TK) study activities, documentation, and archival.

What you'll do

• Conduct or support noncompartmental analysis (NCA) for PK and TK studies.
• Read and interpret study protocols, analysis outlines, amendments, schedules, regulatory requirements, and SOPs.
• Prepare, review, and maintain study documentation for accuracy and timely delivery.
• Collaborate with Study Coordinators on study finalization, archival, and schedule maintenance.
• Prepare and edit technical documentation to produce high-quality deliverables.
• Review tables and figures and assist with study-related tables and figures.
• Coordinate study phase scheduling with Study Directors, Principal Investigators, and lab operations teams.

What you'll need

• Master's degree in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, or a related scientific field (or equivalent).
• 1 year of relevant experience in a scientific, pharmaceutical, or CRO environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Strong organizational skills to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.

Details

• Office-based 2nd shift schedule: 2PM–11PM.
• Based at Bangalore, Yashwantpur office.
