Associate Systems Engineer - SAP WM / EWM

Overview

Associate Systems Engineer supporting SAP WM and eWM for Airbus's ERP CoE Logistics and Planning team, providing application support and business analysis for aircraft manufacturing and production logistics.

What you'll do

• Provide best in class level of service to Airbus internal customers
• Understand business processes and technical architecture of Airbus Logistics application portfolio
• Perform deep root cause analysis and performance improvement in Application Support
• Identify and propose service improvement and business process optimization
• Act as Business Analyst to gather requirements and translate business needs into technical solutions
• Perform ITIL based support processes including incident, problem, change, configuration, and data management
• Provide expertise support to the full chain of support in ERP CoE Logistics and Planning PSL
• Communicate effectively on specific technical and functional topics and dependencies with stakeholders

What you'll need

• Graduate with 2 - 4 years of experience in SAP WM / eWM
• Good functional knowledge of standard SAP Logistics modules and integration with other SAP modules
• Good support and business analyst experience in SAP WM and eWM
• Good working experience on Transfer Order, Posting Change and Inventory in WM
• Configured warehouses, Storage Type, Storage sections and set up POSC
• Worked in Inbound, Outbound and Internal processes in areas of eWM
• Good working knowledge of Warehouse Order, Warehouse Task, Wave, POSC, PPF, RF, Queues, Replenishment and Quality Inspection in eWM
• Strong experience in requirement gathering, solution designing, application support, incident resolution and cutover activities
• Hands-on experience in SAP Application Support responsibilities
• Strong communication skills and customer facing experience (worked with European / international customers)
• EWM - PP, EWM - SD, EWM - QM integration experience
• Strong customer focus
• Skills in supply chain and manufacturing processes in an industrial context
• ITIL / Agile Methodology experience
• Good problem solving and analytical skills

Nice to have

• ABAP debugging skills
• S/4 HANA implementation experience
• Good knowledge of SAP WM-PP integration and inventory management
