Associate - Travel Category

Overview

Associate role focused on travel category operations, including travel planning support, compliance monitoring, and travel spend/process improvement.

What you'll do

• Coordinate travel arrangements and resolve issues with TMCs, airlines, hotels, and other vendors.
• Monitor bookings for compliance with the organization’s Global Travel Policy and recommend corrective actions.
• Analyse travel spend data to identify trends and cost-saving/process improvement opportunities.
• Support T&E processes, including expense tool assistance (e.g., Emburse/Concur), invoice validation, and reconciliation.
• Handle travel-related queries for employees across regions.
• Assist hotel sourcing activities (RFP processes, rate analysis, and contract support).
• Support automation (RPA) for invoice handling, reporting, and overdue expense reminders.

What you'll need

• Awareness of ISO 14001 and 45001 standards.
• Knowledge of RFP process management and procurement master data/processes.
• Excel/Word/PPT/Power App/Teams and SharePoint (as examples) with strong Microsoft skills.
• Experience handling global stakeholders and supporting a global organization.
• Strong quantitative skills and ability to manage multiple tasks.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and results orientation with timelines.
