Associate, Treasures Service Manager, Consumer Banking Group

Overview

The Treasures Private Client (TPC) Service Manager in DBS Consumer Banking Group is responsible for delivering proactive, prompt, and superior service to Ultra High Net Worth (UHNI) clients.

The role manages client servicing requests, client engagement, compliance execution, and partnership with Relationship Managers to strengthen client relationships.

What you'll do

• Deliver superior client servicing within defined turnaround times (TATs).
• Own client requests and resolutions as the primary service contact.
• Maintain operational control, compliance, and risk management standards.
• Ensure proactive engagement and regular interaction with TPC clients.
• Drive adoption of digital banking solutions and channels.
• Support Relationship Managers through client meetings and strengthened relationships.
• Execute KYC and other client-related compliance requirements.

What you'll need

• Minimum 10+ years of relevant experience in client servicing, wealth management, private banking, or relationship support.
• Minimum 5+ years of experience servicing HNI/UHNI clients.
• Strong understanding of wealth management and private banking service standards.
• Experience handling operational processes, client servicing, and compliance requirements.
• Ability to manage client relationships and service delivery in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong customer service orientation and problem-solving capabilities.
