Technical Engineering Leader

Overview

The Technical Engineering Leader provides strategic, operational, and technical leadership for multiple engineering teams at Flowserve’s Global Technology & Engineering Center (GTEC).

What you'll do

• Own end-to-end engineering delivery performance across multiple teams.
• Drive engineering KPIs such as OTD, quality, productivity, utilization, cost, and capacity.
• Ensure application of engineering standards and technical governance across teams.
• Execute Positioner sustenance and new product development across mechanical, electronics, electrical, and firmware.
• Lead continuous improvement, lean engineering, and digital enablement initiatives.
• Act as an escalation point for technical, delivery, and customer issues.

What you'll need

• Bachelor’s degree in electrical/electronics/mechatronics engineering discipline.
• 12–15 years of relevant engineering experience in order, product, or project engineering.
• 5+ years of leadership experience managing supervisors or multiple engineering teams.
• Strong exposure to Flowserve or similar industrial products (Valves, electro pneumatic actuation, Digital positioner, flow controllers).
• Demonstrated people leadership through mentoring, coaching, and performance management.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills using data and continuous improvement methods.
