Asst Data Programmer

Overview

Assistant Data Programmer role on the Data Program team at Labcorp's Brigade Twin Towers, Yeshwanthpur, Bangalore, working a rotational shift and 5-day schedule.

What you'll do

• Strictly adhere to all departmental Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Work Instructions, and complete all mandatory training on time.
• Develop a comprehensive understanding of stakeholder requirements.
• Maintain proficiency in Informatica-related tools, including Panther and other relevant applications.
• Execute assigned tasks within the designated turnaround time and ensure high-quality output through thorough quality checks.
• Multi-task and handle multiple tasks in a timely and professional manner under demanding conditions, including with multiple interruptions.
• Investigate programming or process-related issues, identify root causes, provide resolutions, and implement corrective actions.
• Handle administrative activities related to task execution efficiently.
• Continuously monitor, track, and manage assigned activities to ensure timely completion.
• Establish strong communication and rapport with stakeholders and provide prompt responses to stakeholder and management queries.
• Generate and submit required metrics and reports upon request from management.
• Support the training and onboarding of new programmers and mentor fellow team members.
• Serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) or Point of Contact (POC) for specific activities, as expected.

What you'll need

• Bachelor's Degree in Technology.
• Current or prior Labcorp Apprentice experience.

Nice to have

• Master's degree in Biotechnology.
• More than 6 months of relevant experience in Panther.
• Strong interpersonal skills.
• Demonstrated ability to plan and organize.
• High attention to detail and focus on quality.
• Demonstrated ability to collaborate.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
• Flexible and able to work under tight timelines.

Details

• Location: Brigade Twin Towers, Yeshwanthpur, Bangalore, India.
• Work schedule: Rotational shift, 5:30 am to 2:30 pm IST or 2:00 pm to 11:00 pm IST.
• Working model: 5-day working week.
