AWS Solution Architect

Overview

AWS Solution Architect responsible for designing and supporting cloud contact center solutions for NeuraFlash customers, including Amazon Connect and related architecture work on AWS and Salesforce.

What you'll do

• Ensure customer success in building and launching Amazon Connect solutions.
• Conduct technology assessments and audits to identify ROI/outcomes for moving to CCaaS AWS Connect Platform.
• Review business processes to identify customer requirements and processes.
• Translate customer requirements into contact center design using best practices and AWS services.
• Oversee and mentor technical teams to deliver solutions on time, on budget, and to quality standards.
• Act as a liaison between technical teams and business stakeholders, communicating technical concepts clearly.

What you'll need

• Customer-facing contact center experience.
• Experience building integrations across WFM, CRM, and contact center solutions.
• Experience with communications protocols and APIs such as WebRTC and SIP.
• Hands-on scripting/coding experience (e.g., Python, Java, C#, .NET, Node.js).
• Knowledge of automation tools/frameworks such as Jenkins and GitLab CI/CD.
• AWS Cloud Practitioner Certification and AWS Developer Associate or Professional AWS Solution Architect Certification.

Details

• Work mode: Remote (India) with location restriction to Bengaluru, Chennai, Gurugram, Hyderabad, Noida, or Pune.
• Travel: anticipated travel commitment up to 25% for certain roles.
