AWS Technical Architect

Overview

AWS Technical Architect supporting customer contact center solutions using Amazon Connect and related AWS services, from assessment through architecture and delivery.

What you'll do

• Support building and launching Amazon Connect solutions for NeuraFlash customers.
• Conduct technology assessments and audits to justify moving to CCaaS using AWS Connect Platform.
• Review business processes to identify customer requirements.
• Translate customer requirements into contact center design using AWS services.
• Lead discovery, build project ROIs, and present ROI deliverables, estimates, and presentations.
• Oversee and mentor technical teams to deliver solutions on time, on budget, and to quality standards.
• Manage project and customer communications and deliver end user training and documentation.

What you'll need

• Customer-facing contact center experience.
• Experience building integrations across WFM, CRM, and contact center solutions.
• Experience with communications protocols and APIs such as WebRTC and SIP.
• Hands-on scripting/coding experience (e.g., python, java, c#, .NET, Node.js).
• API integration experience and strong troubleshooting/debugging skills.
• Experience with CloudFormation, Contact Flow Design, Lambda integration, Lex integration, and call center routing.
• AWS certification including one of AWS Cloud Practitioner, AWS Developer Associate, or AWS Solution Architect (Professional).
