Azure Data Engineer

Overview

Azure Data Engineer responsible for designing, developing, testing, implementing, and supporting data solutions across Microsoft Azure and Fabric platforms.

What you'll do

• Own the software development lifecycle in a DevOps environment.
• Design, develop, test, implement, and support Azure data solutions.
• Build scalable data pipelines using Azure and Microsoft Fabric.
• Improve query performance and pipeline runtime.
• Implement incremental and full-load mechanisms, including Delta merges and reconciliation.
• Develop and support Power BI dashboards and publishing workflows.
• Mentor peers on Azure data platform solutions.

What you'll need

• 9–15 years of MSBI experience.
• At least 3 years of hands-on Azure Data Platform experience.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Math, Statistics, Econometrics, or a related discipline.
• Intermediate hands-on experience with Microsoft Fabric.
• Expertise in SQL, complex transformations, joins, optimization, and indexing.
• Strong hands-on experience with PySpark and Delta Lake operations.
• Strong communication skills and ability to understand business logic.

Nice to have

• Experience with Azure Data Lake Analytics.
